Guidelines for students

Mathematics Online learning (Through Google Meets)

Students in Team Kereru will have daily online lessons with a focus on Mathematics Learning. Students will access their online lessons via the code sent to their email. More information can be found on via their Maths Google Classroom.

Google Classroom

Your child has access to Google Classroom through their gmail account. We use this in our regular class programme. Students are familiar with this. Teachers post activities and messages on here regularly during the week.

Students have a class Google Classroom page and have been invited to join a Mathematics Classroom page. They will receive an email notification when new information or work is posted.

Students are notified via their gmail every time information or work is posted on Google Classroom. Students need to check their school gmail account regularly.

Feel free to explore Live Mathletics, Rainforest Maths, MultiVerse and Mysterious Mansion. We encourage students to practise Live Mathletics to improve their recall of basic facts.

X1 unit strand a week. STEPs improve your child’s spelling, vocabulary, sentence and word work.

Five Daily Mental Health Practices
