I fell in love with Waiuku twelve years ago and have called ‘here’ my home ever since. For me, teaching your child is a privilege! My enthusiasm stems from a want to help young people ignite a passion for learning. Poet William Butler Yeats once said “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.

My husband and I have five children between us. In our spare time we enjoy heading down to our bach in Mangakino and summer months are often taken up with wakeboarding. I love to potter around home too. I’m often referred to as an active relaxer, am usually found in the garden or trying out a new recipe.
