Kia Ora!

I am excited to be returning to Glenbrook School after being on maternity leave for the second half of 2018. This will be my fourth year at Glenbrook and I love being part of this community!

I am very passionate about working with children, building relationships and finding out what it is that ignites the ‘spark’ in them. I believe providing authentic and exciting learning experiences is crucial for engaging students and taking responsibility for their own learning. I also enjoy reflecting and improving my own practice and knowledge.

I grew up in Papakura, moving further afield to Glenbrook recently. After high school, I completed a Bachelor of Education at The University of Auckland.

I have a son named Cullen – currently 7 months old – who keeps me on my toes at home. My partner Dan and I enjoy sports, watching rugby, spending time at the beach and with our whānau.
