Meet Miss Rebecca Watts:

Kia Ora,

I was born in Auckland but spent most of my primary and high school years in Ireland. I came back to New Zealand in 2013 with my family to study and have been studying a conjoint degree of Bachelor of Education (Teaching) Primary/ Bachelor of Arts (Major History/Minor English) at the University of Waikato for the last 4 years. I am due to graduate in December 2017.

In 2016 I was placed at Glenbrook School for one of my university practicums. I got the chance to work collaboratively with Miss Hannah Hubers and Miss Emma Sixsmith and have since returned to Glenbrook to teach alongside them last year in Uenuku  with Year 3 and 4’s.

This year I am teaching in Te Whenua and love working our year 1 and 2 students.
