I was born and raised in South Auckland and moved to Glenbrook with my family in 2019. My husband Sean and I have two beautiful children, Ella (7) and Ashton (5). Outside of the classroom, I enjoy exploring our beautiful area, reading, and spending time with my family.
After completing my degree in graphic design, I realised teaching was where my passion was, so I went on to complete my Graduate Diploma in Teaching in 2008. I have enjoyed teaching a variety of year levels throughout my career, and have also spent some time working as a specialist art teacher.
I love nurturing curious minds, fostering creativity, and helping my students build confidence in themselves. I’m deeply committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
I look forward to a wonderful year in Te Whenua.
