I was born and raised in the town of Oamaru, in the Otago region of the South Island. I completed my Bachelor of Primary Teaching at the University of Otago in 2021. After graduating, I moved to Taamaki Makaurau to begin my teaching career in 2022, where I taught a Year 3 and 4 class before heading to Brisbane, Australia, for a change of pace and new experiences. When I returned six months later, I was fortunate enough to find myself at our beautiful Glenbrook kura.

In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks, playing sport, and exploring the outdoors. I value time with my whaanau, along with the chance to relax and recharge after a busy school week.

I’m really looking forward to an exciting and busy 2026. I am excited for us to work hard together, learn from one another, and build a strong sense of whanaungatanga in our class. I know we will thrive in the opportunities that await us at our fabulous kura.
