I was born and raised in South Auckland and moved to Glenbrook with my family in 2019. My husband, Sean, and I have two wonderful children — Ella (8) and Ashton (5). Outside of the classroom, I love exploring our beautiful local area, spending time with my whaanau, and relaxing with a good book. After completing a degree in Graphic Design, I discovered my true passion for teaching and went on to complete my Graduate Diploma in Teaching in 2008. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of teaching a range of year levels and also spent time as a specialist art teacher, where I enjoyed encouraging creativity and self-expression. I’m passionate about nurturing curious minds, fostering creativity and helping students build confidence in their abilities. I strive to create a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
