Taakaro Times are 10.30.00-11.00 and 12.30 -1.15pm. During these times students get to play, hang out with friends, be involved with clubs or just relax. Taakaro time is a chance for students to get outside and move. Traditionally this was called lunchtime and morning tea, however we are growing our students to think of this time as play, sports and social time. 

We encourage all students to be actively involved in the activities organised at Taakaro Time.  During the year there will be additional clubs and sports opportunities. Students are able to follow up any opportunities as they are shared. The ‘Junior’ playground is available to all students from Year 0 – 3.

The ‘Senior’ playground is available to all students from Year 4 – 8.
