Parent Portal: HERO

At Glenbrook School, we use HERO to communicate urgent notices and share important information with parents. Information is available on the “FEED”, which includes whole school and team newsletters, information about upcoming trips and events, and permission slips (which are signed digitally through this parent portal). Parents can notify the office of student absences, and there is also the school calendar available to view. 

Information on getting set up:

  1. Download the HERO app from your app store or Google play store
  2. Enter the email address into the email field that you have supplied to Glenbrook School on your child’s enrolment form
  3. Click “new user”
  4. An automated email will be sent to your email address. Go to the email and click the link to set a new password
  5. Passwords need to be 
  1. At least 14 characters long
  2. They must include a Capital Letter, a Number and a Special Character (e.g $ or # )
  3. Once the password is accepted you will now be able to log in to the portal
