Parents or caregivers need to inform the school office of any changes to personal details and this includes but is not limited to: email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, emergency contacts, medical diagnoses and parenting orders. This ensures accurate and up to date information is held by the school at all times. A copy of the latest parenting order needs to be kept with the school. A copy of any formal medical diagnosis needs to be sent to the school.
