Graduate Diploma in Teaching

Bachelor of Arts

Hello! Kia Ora!

I grew up in Waikato. After high school I attended the University of Waikato. I completed my Graduate Diploma of Teaching in 2000. In 2019 I graduated from The University of Auckland with a Graduate Diploma in TESSOL (Teaching English in Schools to Speakers of Other Languages). I have 2 beautiful girls: 8 year old Isla and 10 year old Niamh. We love to go on mini adventures together as a family, including exploring the stunning Awhitu peninsula, visiting Auckland Zoo and mountain biking in Rotorua Redwood Forest. This is my seventh year at Glenbrook School and as Deputy Principal I love being a part of the learning journey of all our amazing students. I am a passionate teacher and education leader who is excited about supporting and seeing the students in Team Piwakawaka realise their potential.
