Junior Museum Trip – Thursday 19th March 2015

Parekereke, Te Ra, Uenuku and Te Whenua had an exciting trip to Auckland Museum last week.

Mufti Day on Thursday

This Thursday we are having a mufti day to support SHAVE FOR A CURE. Students can make their hair as colourful or as crazy as they can! It is a gold coin donation for the mufti day. All proceeds will go towards Shave for a Cure.

2015 Back to School News

School starts Monday 2nd February at 9am. There is a Welcome Back Assembly at 9.30 – 10.00. Please feel free to join us. This year the school day will begin at 9am and finish at 2:50pm. Due to our year 7 and 8s attending Technology (Manual), school assemblies will now be held on Thursdays. Assemblies are a time to come together and celebrate as a school. New Principal

Kia Ora Glenbrook Whanau, Mr Elder has resigned from his position as principal of Glenbrook School. We would like to thank Mr Elder for his good work for the school and we wish him well in the future. We are pleased to announce that our new Acting Principal is Miss Lysandra Stuart (read our new Principal’s welcome message). Mrs Heathwaite will teach Te Rakau Nui for the first few weeks until a new teacher has been appointed.
